Esthetician

 We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. as part of our spa staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our facility. You will provide a variety of services, including facials, chemical peels, scar revision and more. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our beauty and skincare products.

Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities

Listen:

A participant in any conversation has two goals: first, to understand what the other person is communicating (both the overt meaning and the emotion behind it) and second, to convey interest, engagement, and caring to the other person. This second goal is not “merely” for the sake of kindness, which would be reason enough. If people do not feel listened to, they will cease to share information.

Education:

Along with the education the salon provides, you are expected to continue your education and advancement in your roll as a skin expert. 

Great Each Customer:

Welcome each client with a smile, introduce yourself, offer them a beverage, tend to there needs and ask what they are here for, direct them to the appropriate person or area. 

Recommend Correct Products:

Direct clients to the recommended product. You will be required to have a base knowledge of all product and an in-depth knowledge of skin care products.

Tiny Bubbles Salon is a DMK Paramedical Skin Clinic.

Salon Duties:

You will be expected in helping with the over all salon cleanliness, opening and closing duties.

Folding towels, Sweeping, moping, Dusting, Answering phone, ext.

Client Files / Notes:

You will be expected to keep a file of each client and maintain each file.

Including product and programs you recommend.
